IMT Lakeshore Lofts

I moved in about a week ago, and so far I’m liking this apartment. Nataly in the office was very helpful and informative. I had two electric outlets in the kitchen that didn’t work at move-in, but besides that everything was in good shape. It looks well maintained, and it’s in a great location right by Lake Carolyn. So it was a pleasant move-in experience!

I have lived here for over 3 years and have loved it! I really enjoy the location, leasing office (shout out to Sharon), and amenities! I specifically have been motivated to write this review after maintenance addressed some requests I have placed. They did so promptly and with care! The IMT community really care about their residents!

We have been living at IMT Lakeshore Lofts now for about 3 months. I moved from the IMT Prestonwood location due to closer location to work for GF and I. However, I had a great experience with the entire team at Prestonwood, which lead me to look at Lakeshore. Our experience at Lakeshore Lofts has been great! We love the location and absolutely love our unit. We did have some minor maintenance concerns upon move-in, but the maintenance and office staff were able to resolve the issues. One of the issues was beyond their control, so they even called outside contractors to come and fix the issue. The only thing I would recommend is to provide a way to allow guest to enter the parking garage. We currently have to leave the unit to open the gate for guest. Overall, our experience has been wonderful and we would certainly recommend IMT Lakeshore to anyone looking in the area.

I recommend IMT Lakeshore Lofts to anyone!!!! I have lived here 4 months now and IMT Lakeshore Lofts is one of the best complexes that I have lived in. The office staff has always been great to work with. They were very accommodating to us when we asked if we could move in early due to a flood in our current place at the time. They have been nothing but kind to us. The maintenance staff is outstanding. I put in 2 tickets today at 9 am. Now its 11 am and they just left with completed work!!! Unheard of from other complexes I have lived at! The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. The facilities are spacious, clean and also well taken care of. They clearly take pride in having a well taken care of complex.

I lived at IMT Lakeshore Lofts for a little over 3 years and I enjoyed every aspect of this property. Where do I start? I’ll list of few highlights: The vibrant area with lots to offer such as entertainment, food, concerts, the outstanding maintenance team that would fix anything big or small within the same day, to the beautiful Lake Carolyn view. Parking for guests is plentiful (on the top roof level). Even being in the heart of DFW it is so peaceful here. You can easily take a walk on the promenade just by walking out of the building and the sunsets are a work of art. This property does an amazing job of making you feel like you truly live in a luxurious community. I’d like to give a special mention to both Sharon and Tina in the Leasing Office as they were there from move in day to move out and made things very easy. I appreciate that IMT does not have the high turnover for office personnel like other properties in the area. I’d also like to note that I never experienced billing issues, random charges, nor did they try to hit me with random charges upon move out. A few things that weren’t so great: There was a stretch of time that fire alarms were a big problem, however this issue has been resolved. Other tenants pets; It’s no fault of IMT, but I did experience problems with people not picking up after their pets or allowing them to urinate in the halls. The package lockers. When they work correctly they’re great, however when the carriers mess up it’s a big pain! The office seems to share the same frustration with this at times. The garage gates stop working sometimes, but the maintenance staff is always quick to at least prop them open and have the vendor out ASAP to repair. Overall if you’re searching for a great apartment in the Las Colinas area I would highly suggest you stop by the office and see what they’re about! The staff, attention to the property, and responsiveness to needs truly makes IMT Lakeshore Lofts stand out.

We've been here since January 2021, and we love it. We had just barely gotten moved in and settled before the crazy Dallaska ice event happened 🙃 We quickly got to know our neighbors and staff as everyone was leaning on eachother! Sharon showed us around the property when we first found IMT, and quickly became our go to person! (she's still my OG go to) Tina has always greeted us and spoke, and we love how helpful the agents always are. Nataly is so fun to talk to! Phones are always answered, emails quickly returned, it's just been a great experience overall. We realize apartment living comes with it's share of things that make your eyes roll, or have you frustrated, but it's to be expected sometimes. Any issue we've had is always addressed. (Sharon will get on it QUICK!!) Also, all of the maintenance guys are great..Pedro is a real gem and our fave. We're rounding out our third year and we've grown to really love our neighbors and the team here. Thank you IMT! - Tam

LOVE this spot! First off, the leasing team is just great. All of them are so helpful and kind, and they’re very visible around the property and always say hi when we see them. Secondly, we’ve lived here a little under a year and have only had one real maintenance request for a microwave. I submitted it at 8am on a weekday and within an hour maintenance was at my door with a brand new microwave. Aside from that, the common area is always extremely clean and beautiful. The lawn crew is outside almost every day making sure the place looks pristine. Could not recommend this place enough!!
